Application only · I respond within 24 hours

Your App.
Live in 7 Days.

The app you keep wishing existed.
The idea sitting in your notes.
The spreadsheet you have outgrown.
Or the workflow you are holding together with five different tools.

Describe what you want in plain English. I will design it, build it, host the first version, and get the first useful working version live within 7 days.

Application takes about 3–5 minutes.
01 — The Premise

From Idea to Working Software

You do not need a technical specification.
You do not need wireframes.
You do not need to know what framework, database, hosting provider or language to use.

I handle the technical decisions required to turn that into working software.

You tell me
  1. 01What you want the app to do
  2. 02Who will use it
  3. 03What you are doing today instead
  4. 04The one thing the first version absolutely needs to accomplish
02 — How It Works

Five Steps, No Proposal Theatre

  1. 01

Tell Me the App You Want

A short application in plain English — what you want built, who will use it, what the first version must do. No technical knowledge required.

    Start my application →
  2. 02

    I Review It Personally

Every application, myself. Good fit — I respond within 24 hours with proposed first-version scope. Not a fit — I tell you before you pay anything.

  3. 03

    $99 Starts the Build

No large deposit, no agency proposal, no hourly estimate, no long-term development contract. Once we agree the first version, $99 begins the project.

  4. 04

First Useful Version Live in 7 Days

Live at a working URL you can open, use and share. Not a slide deck. Not a Figma mockup. Not code on a developer's laptop.

    Working software.
  5. 05

Improve It One Step at a Time

$49/week while I keep building, improving or maintaining it. Keep going as long as it is useful. When you are done, cancel — the app and source code remain yours.

03 — Scope

What Can You Build?

The best first projects solve one clear problem or replace one frustrating workflow. If you can explain the problem clearly, there is a good chance we can turn it into software.

04 — The Honest Definition

What “Live in 7 Days” Actually Means

Seven days does not mean building the complete version of Uber, Airbnb, Salesforce or a giant marketplace in one week. It means identifying the smallest useful version of your idea and getting that version working. Before you pay, we agree on what that first version includes.

Lead management app

First version

Lead comes in → information is saved → owner can view and update the lead.

Later

Automated follow-up, SMS, reporting, payments, team permissions, integrations.

Quote app

First version

Create customer → enter work → generate quote → share quote.

Later

Deposits, signatures, scheduling, invoicing, reminders.

Membership app

First version

User signs up → logs in → accesses protected content.

Later

Payments, community, messaging, courses, notifications.

One useful workflow first. Then improve from something real.
05 — Pricing

Pricing

$99
to start
$49/wk

While I continue building, improving, hosting or maintaining the app.

Included

  • Initial app build
  • First useful version targeted within 7 days
  • Direct access to the person building your app
  • Product & technical decision-making
  • Web hosting during active service
  • Ongoing improvements
  • Bug fixes
  • Source code & GitHub repository
  • Your customer data & intellectual property
  • No long-term contract — cancel anytime

Third-Party Costs

Some apps use third-party services that charge their own usage fees:

  • Production AI usage in your live app
  • SMS
  • Email delivery
  • Maps
  • Payment processing
  • Large-scale hosting
  • Specialized data APIs
  • Apple Developer account
  • Google Play account

If your app needs one, I tell you before adding it. You pay the provider directly whenever practical.

Development-time AI agent usage is included in my service — you only pay third-party consumption generated by the live app itself.

No surprise markup.
06 — Ownership

You Own Your App

This is not software you rent from me forever. If you stop the weekly service, you keep what has been built — host it yourself, take it to another developer, sell it, or keep developing it elsewhere.

  • Your application
  • Your source code
  • Your GitHub repository
  • Your business logic
  • Your customer data
  • Your content & IP
07 — Platform

Web App or Mobile App?

For many projects the fastest route to a useful first version is a responsive web app — it works on phones, tablets and desktops and can be shared immediately with a link. If your product truly needs native iOS or Android functionality, that can be part of the project too.

App Store & Google Play

I can build and submit mobile apps to both stores, but Apple and Google control their own review timelines. The 7-day promise applies to the working first version, not to store approval. Your developer accounts remain yours.

08 — Why Me

Why Work With Me?

Architect-Led Development

You work directly with me on product direction, scope and the key technical decisions. I lead the architecture and delivery, and may use additional engineering support to keep projects moving without compromising quality.

14+ Years Building Production Software

More than a decade designing, building, shipping and maintaining software in production.

20+ Shipped Apps

Across mobile, web, SaaS, backend systems and real production environments.

I Build My Own Products Too

Including Okason, software for landscaping businesses. I approach your project as a product builder, not someone completing programming tasks.

09 — How It Gets Built

AI Agents, Used With Engineering Discipline

I use modern AI coding agents to accelerate development — but they do not replace software engineering judgment. Agents work inside an architect-led workflow that follows standard practice:

  • Clear scope & requirements
  • Version control
  • Structured implementation plans
  • Code review
  • Automated & manual testing
  • Security checks
  • Production deployment practices
  • Iteration based on real use

The goal is not to “vibe code” your app. The goal is to move faster without giving up sound engineering practices.

Cost advantage

You Do Not Pay for My Development Tokens

I absorb the cost of the AI development tools and agent usage required to build your app. You do not receive a separate bill for:

  • Coding-agent usage
  • Development tokens
  • AI-assisted refactoring
  • AI-assisted debugging
  • AI-assisted test generation
  • Development-time model usage

If your live app itself uses AI — an assistant, document analysis, image generation — that production usage belongs to the app, just like hosting, SMS, email, maps or payment-processing fees.

I pay for the AI used to build your app. You only pay for AI your customers actually consume inside the live app.

Probably a good fit if…

  • You have an app idea you have been sitting on
  • Your business runs an important process through spreadsheets
  • You pay for several tools that still do not fit your workflow
  • You need an internal tool built around how your business actually works
  • You started an app and never got it across the finish line
  • You want to test an idea without committing tens of thousands of dollars
  • You want working software before a large development project
  • You want an experienced builder to make the technical decisions

Probably not a fit if…

  • You expect a complete enterprise platform in seven days
  • Your project requires months of upfront discovery before anything ships
  • You need a large development team immediately
  • You require complex regulated or enterprise compliance from day one
  • You want unlimited simultaneous features being built at once
  • You are looking for the cheapest anonymous developer rather than direct senior-level involvement

If I do not think your project fits this model, I will tell you.

The 14-Day Guarantee

We agree on the first-version scope before you pay. I target getting that version live within 7 days. If I cannot get the agreed first version live within 14 days, I refund what you paid me for the build. No complicated claim process.

10 — FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the price really $99 to start?

Yes. The initial payment is $99. After that the service is $49/week while I continue building, improving, hosting or maintaining the app.

How long do I pay $49/week?

As long as you want me actively involved. Cancel anytime — no annual contract or minimum term beyond the initial build.

Do I own the app?

Yes. You own the app, source code, data and custom intellectual property created for your project.

What happens if I cancel?

The weekly service ends and you keep the software already built. Your repository and source code remain yours — continue elsewhere, host it yourself, or come back later.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. If you want an NDA before sharing sensitive details, I am happy to sign one.

Can you build an iPhone or Android app?

Yes. Depending on the project the first useful version may be a responsive web app or a native mobile app. We decide before development starts.

Will it be in the App Store within 7 days?

Not necessarily. I can build and submit to Apple and Google, but their review process is outside my control. The 7-day target is for the agreed working first version.

Can my app accept payments?

Yes — apps can integrate with services such as Stripe when appropriate. Payment processors charge their own transaction fees.

Can you add AI?

Yes, if AI genuinely belongs in the product. I also use AI agents during development to accelerate coding, testing, refactoring and debugging while keeping the work inside a structured software-engineering process — you do not pay separately for development-time tokens or agent usage. If your live app includes AI-powered features, you only pay the actual production consumption those features generate, and you will know the costs before they are added.

What about hosting?

Basic hosting during active service is included. If the app grows to where infrastructure creates meaningful cost, I show you the cost before anything changes.

What if my idea is too large for one week?

Most good ideas are. We identify the smallest useful first version and ship that, then improve it one useful piece at a time.

Do I need a call before applying?

No. Start with the application. If the project is clear we may not need a call at all; if clarification would help, I will send a link for a short conversation.

What happens after I apply?

I review the application personally. Within 24 hours I will either tell you it looks like a fit and outline the next step, ask a few questions or suggest a short call, or tell you honestly that the project is not a fit. You pay nothing simply to apply.
